Contract and payment
1 dayWe finalise the agreement (electronic signing available) and receive the initial fee by bank transfer. From the month after launch, the monthly subscription can switch to automatic debit.

Production and revisions
1–3 daysProduction begins as soon as the deposit is confirmed. "Actually, let's try this" is most welcome at any stage — we revise as many times as it takes for you to be satisfied.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
What happens to my site if I cancel the subscription?
When the subscription ends, the site is taken offline. The domain is registered in your name so we will transfer it to you, but the site itself (the fully bespoke code) is available only for the duration of the subscription. Our pricing assumes a long-term relationship, and we hope you will stay with us for years to come.
Do I need to prepare the photos myself?
Yes, please supply your own photographs. Shots taken on a regular smartphone are perfectly fine. We do not provide professional photo shoots or retouching, but we are happy to suggest free stock libraries and offer composition advice at no cost.
Do you handle work on weekends and year-end holidays?
Yes. For urgent revision requests we respond, wherever possible, same day or the next day. With the hospitality mindset honed in top hotels, we will not miss the moment when you need us.
How long does production take?
It depends on the plan: roughly 1 day for Light, 2–3 days for Standard and 3–5 days for Premium. "By tomorrow, please" requests are also accommodated whenever possible.
Can I request unlimited revisions?
While the subscription is active, minor revisions (copy changes, photo swaps) are unlimited. Substantial new features may require an upgrade to a higher plan or a separate estimate.
Can you also renew an existing site?
Of course. We handle everything from partial updates — "keep the good parts but change this section" — to complete renewals built from scratch.
Do I have to purchase a domain or hosting separately?
No, everything is included in the monthly fee. Domain, hosting, SSL certificate, automatic backups and revisions are all managed by us, so there is no additional outlay on your side. The domain is registered in your name, so it can be transferred to you should you ever decide to leave.
