Next day to 2 daysBased on the interview, we present a design direction and a detailed estimate. You sign only once you are fully satisfied.

Contract and payment
1 dayYou apply on our application page after agreeing to the Terms of Service, then pay the initial fee by credit card right away (up to 60 instalments). The monthly fee is paid in advance: on the 26th of every month, next month's fee is charged automatically to the same card.

Production and revisions
1–3 daysProduction begins as soon as the deposit is confirmed. "Actually, let's try this" is most welcome at any stage — we revise as many times as it takes for you to be satisfied.

Launch date confirmedAfter launch, the subscription begins. Send edits and additions whenever you like. We also work weekends and holidays.

Frequently Asked Questions
What happens to my site if I cancel?
You can cancel at any time once the 6-month minimum term has passed. If you cancel before 2 years, the site is taken offline and the domain, registered in your name, is transferred to you. After 2 years of use, we hand the website over to you free of charge. Hosting and domain costs after the handover are yours, and you can also keep us on for maintenance. After the handover, we can still make changes for you, quoted per request according to the work. Because the website is built in code, editing it yourself requires technical knowledge. If you would like to update news or blog posts yourself, we can hand the site over with an editing screen (CMS) added.
Is there a minimum contract period?
Yes, the minimum term is 6 months. After that the contract renews monthly and you can cancel at any time. And once you have used the service for 2 years, we hand the website over to you free of charge on request.
Do I need to prepare the photos myself?
Yes, please supply your own photographs. Shots taken on a regular smartphone are perfectly fine. We do not provide professional photo shoots or retouching, but we are happy to suggest free stock libraries and offer composition advice at no cost.
Do you handle work on weekends and year-end holidays?
Yes. For urgent revision requests we respond, wherever possible, same day or the next day. With the hospitality mindset honed in top hotels, we will not miss the moment when you need us.
How long does production take?
It depends on the number of pages and features. Around 1 day for the Light plan (5 pages), 2-3 days if you add a booking form, and 3-5 days for full e-commerce or an advanced booking system. For Standard and Premium we give you an estimate once we know the pages and content. If you need it sooner, tell us and we will do what we can.
Can I request unlimited revisions?
While the subscription is active, minor revisions (copy changes, photo swaps) are unlimited. More pages mean moving to a higher plan, and substantial new features require a separate estimate.
Can you also renew an existing site?
Of course. We handle everything from partial updates — "keep the good parts but change this section" — to complete renewals built from scratch.
Do I have to purchase a domain or hosting separately?
No, everything is included in the monthly fee. Domain, hosting, SSL certificate, automatic backups and revisions are all managed by us, so there is no additional outlay on your side. The domain is registered in your name and paid for by us — if you ever decide to leave, it stays yours.
