We do not begin with a core system. We pick the single process eating the most time and make that one easier first. Once it pays off, we extend to the next.
STEP 01
Daily reports, inventory, inspection records, bookings, shifts, quotations. Whatever runs on paper and Excel becomes something staff can enter from a phone. It is not unusual for overtime to disappear at this step alone.
STEP 02
Order → dispatch → delivery → invoice → payment. Separate spreadsheets become one flow, and double entry disappears. A number entered once appears on every screen.
STEP 03
Accounting software, attendance systems, Google Sheets, chat, your existing sales database. We connect rather than replace — via CSV, via API, or by automating the screens themselves.
STEP 04

HR & attendance
Clock-in/out, shifts, paid leave, overtime requests, travel expense claims and payslip distribution in one place. Month-end aggregation for dozens of staff became a matter of checking rather than compiling. Staff clock in from their phones, and AI-assisted daily reports are built in.
Recruiting
Applications from job boards are captured instantly, then screening, scheduling, sending employment condition notices and executing electronic contracts all run automatically. HR workload dropped by tens of hours a month.
Sales operations
Fifteen steps from inquiry through quotation, order, purchasing, delivery note, invoice and payment confirmation. A single emoji reaction in chat advances the next step, and the documents generate themselves.
Automation
Email, chat and cloud service accounts are issued automatically on the first day and revoked together on the last. Manual gaps and forgotten deletions are gone.
AI phone
AI takes first-touch on the main line, captures the caller's request, routes it to the right person and pushes a summary. It runs on our own company number today.
iOS app
An iOS app that visualises what your wardrobe actually costs — register each item with a photo and a price. Planning, design, development and App Store submission were all completed in-house. You can download the real thing and try it.

That is fine — it is the most common starting point. The free consultation is not about what to build; we ask where your time is going, then organise the answer and propose what is worth building. If we judge that you should not build anything, we will tell you honestly.
Not a problem. We work without jargon and design screens anyone in your company can operate. An operation manual is delivered with the system, and we will run an online session for your staff if you would like one.
No. Anything usable stays and gets connected. We integrate with accounting software, attendance systems, Google Sheets and your existing sales database via CSV or API, and we will migrate your existing data.
Roughly two to three weeks on the Light plan and four to six weeks on Standard. Rather than waiting for every feature, we publish the working parts and finish it while you use it.
The servers stop and the system becomes unavailable. We hand over accumulated data in CSV or a similar format. The pricing assumes ongoing use, which is what keeps the initial fee low.
Minor changes — wording, extra fields, display order — are covered by the monthly fee as often as you need. Adding a whole new process is quoted separately or handled by moving up a plan.
Yes, we work nationwide. Meetings, screen reviews, delivery and ongoing support are all completed online. If you would prefer an on-site visit, let us know.
Yes. Website and landing page production with subscription-based operation is our original business. If you order both together, we will quote them as one package.
