Additional charges

None. Domain, hosting, SSL certificate, automatic backups and revisions are all included in the monthly fee.

Payment methods

Initial fee: bank transfer (in advance)
Monthly subscription: bank transfer (monthly) or automatic debit (rolled out progressively)

Payment timing

Initial fee: within 7 days of the contract
Monthly subscription: closed at the end of each month, payable by the end of the following month

Service delivery

After contract and confirmation of the initial fee: approximately 1 day for Light, 2–3 days for Standard and 3–5 days for Premium.

Returns and cancellations

Due to the nature of website production, cancellations and refunds after production has begun are, as a rule, not accepted.
Cancellations during the interview and estimation phase are free of charge.

Termination

For the monthly subscription, please contact us by the last day of the month preceding the desired termination month. Once terminated, the website is taken offline. The domain will be transferred to you, as it is registered in your name.
